Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Timeline

• More than 48 hours before: Full refund of deposit
• 24-48 hours before: 50% of deposit refunded
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the event at no additional cost, subject to availability.

No-Shows

If we arrive and are unable to provide service due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., no kitchen access), no refund will be provided.

Chef Cancellation

In the rare event we need to cancel, you will receive a full refund and priority rebooking.
